Lived at Aggie station my first year of college. Great location (to campus and north gate) and had a convenient bus stop as well as friendly staff. However, if you’re going to be living with roommates, know that the walls are super thin and sound travels easily. The AC went out a couple times as well. During the summer it usually stays at around 77 degree inside the apartment, even if ac is blowing at 70. This place is also dusty as hell! So much dust build up that would make my allergies worse. I think it’s a good enough place to live a first year in college, but take into consideration of the negatives. I think there are some other good options out there.
Today is a Saturday and it is Aggies game day, everything here is very well organized, stalls with gifts, food and much more, it is recommended to spend time with family or children from the university.
Good place to live near Cstat. Wellborn is peaceful except the train sounds you get during the nights. The space is good and well maintained. The service crew are also fast. Thermostats are old and analog so are the washers and dryers. The kitchen is a little tiny for cooking but they provide a dining table which is good. The balcony is nice and the leasing office staff is active with responses and organizing events. There are a lot of events going on so you will always have something to find. The study spaces are also nice
I have had nothing but good interactions with the staff and management at Aggie station. Everyone is always so helpful and never hesitate to help me find a solution if there is ever an issue.
I truly love living at this property and Aggie station and been a staple in my college career. I love it here and would recommend it for anyone looking for student housing! :)
My friend got chased by a crazy man wearing a mask and holding a saw (i don't know if it was real or not) outside of my apartment. It was a very scary experience. Very unsafe environment
It’s a nice enough place and the amenities and staff are great (minus the spotty wifi), but if you value your quiet time I would tread carefully. I DO NOT recommend living on the first or second floor; you will hear your upstairs neighbors take a step, open their drawer, or even turn on a light switch. It’s maddening, and noise complaints can’t do anything because it’s a problem with the thin floors. And when you mix in the railroad crossing that’s right next to it - good luck getting any sleep at all. Walls are also paper thin so trying to have a private conversation is nearly impossible if your roommates don’t have headphones in. As I said earlier, the wifi literally doesn’t work if you’re in your bedroom or bathroom, so never never ever try to take an online exam here - there’s a 90% chance your wifi will fail. Overall the staff is wonderful and most of my issues lie in the shoddy construction of the buildings.
My experience here at Aggie Station has been great. The maintenance people are on top of everything and complete work orders in a timely manner. The staff at the front office are always so helpful and friendly!
This place is beautiful! I enjoyed Lauryn the property manager. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
